Not updating the balance after settling the bets as won! Not responding to live chat at all. Now I have to write email since I am being ignored. I deposited 500 and won 1600 but balance is for some reason 1k. idiots.

Withheld £2000 of my money and closed my account for no reason mid spin…..my solicitor sent them a letter and they paid me out what I was owed after huge stress. Terrible, you will be put through stress to receive your money, if you actually do.

Very poor experience. Bonus offers are locked in until you have lost your cash balance, meaning there no hope of winning. If you withdraw you lose bonuses and if you retain the cash bonuses are not applied. Steer clear at all costs.

I have won couple of bets over the weekend and took out withdrawals I’ve just looked to see if they’ve been processed logged in and now saying account is blocked will be taking this further if they don’t pay my money in by end of the day.
