Never again, suck you in with promotion deals, you win. Make it so difficult to get your winning, multiple emails, live chats kick you out when questioning their service - multiple documents requested, then say didn’t receive. Finally paid me after 7 days - never again and closing account. AVOID

Paid my first withdrawal after sending them copious amounts of paperwork like what age was the dog sitting next to me while gambling only for me to win again and they now won’t reply to emails and demanding more don’t waste ure time shower of scammers worst bookie site ever still waiting on a email back over a month ago

I’ve sent several emails to support and not received anything back. Takes ages on live chat and when I eventually start talking to someone I get disconnected. I withdrew by bank transfer as this was the only option as Apple pay wasn’t working. Still trying to get my £750

I have been trying to withdraw my funds since 28 February, and after 45 days and over 57 emails, this is still unresolved. The experience has been extremely frustrating and inconsistent: I have submitted the requested verification documents multiple times I have received conflicting information between live chat and email support I have been told emails were sent that I never received After weeks of delay, I was informed the withdrawal had been sent to a bank account and returned I then provided an alternative account — which has already been used successfully for deposits and withdrawals before — yet the withdrawal is still being refused There appears to be no internal communication between teams, and each response resets the process. I have already escalated this matter to eCOGRA and also raised a complaint via Resolver, but the issue remains unresolved. At this point, this is not just a delay — it is a prolonged failure to process a legitimate withdrawal. I strongly advise others to think carefully before using this platform.

This is worst I have exp , been waiting few weeks for my withdrawal , block my account no reason , They were Great with small wins , As soon as I Hit Big 1 a red flag flicks up on there side ,Iv sent a picture with me my passport driving licence , bank statements ,payp[al statements Council tax bills all sorts , They have not read none of the emails , God please somebody open a door and expose these con artist ,I don't write bad things about many people but this needed to be done , God bless all I hope they pay us all eventually, 247 Bet.con

over 3 weeks to receive my withdrawal money had to send 4 forms of identification absolutely shocking took ages to reply to emails etc

Awful. Placed a bet which was incorrectly settled as a loss. Escalated this and provided multiple screenshots as evidence that the bet did not lose. Was told it was escalated to the relevant team - been over a week now with no response at all. Since then, tried to withdraw my money in the account. They’ve removed Apple Pay instant withdrawal option, and now ask for bank name, bank address, bank details and IBAN number. Provided all this, multiple times, but kept receiving an error message. The error message appears to relate to a coding issue, so no advice is given on what is actually wrong. Good luck getting through to their live chat. You sit and wait 20/25 minutes before speaking to someone, but not before the app has logged you out automatically multiple times first, making you then have to start again! It took me two days to finally get through to someone, who then ended the chat after a minute of it starting even though I was still typing. I’ve sent two emails since then, with no response. Dreadful company which I have reported and suggest others do the same. Scammers

Very very shady company. WARNING WARNING WARNING WARNING. DO not go anywhere near these evil people
