I have just opened on line account today very easy to open account easy to deposit and navigation between all sports straightforward but the major plus is I made a withdrawal and it went straight into bank account within 5 minutes of applying for withdrawal

If I could give this a zero I would! Opened an account for Cheltenham and took up their new customer offer of a money back bet. Lost my bet but used the free bet and won £270 on the last race of the last day of the meeting. Withdrew the money on Saturday 14th March and my suspicions were raised with the convulted withdrawal process - had to provide IBAN numbers plus other info. Never had to do this with any of the twenty or so betting companies I have had experience with. Still waiting for the money to reach my account. Have emailed them around 5 times but get the same generic response exclaiming the accounts team are ‘reviewing’ my withdrawal request. Last two emails have requested their complaints procedure which they have ignored. Judging by their reviews it appears this is standard practice for this cowboy outfit. Going to make a complaint through IBAS and suggest everyone else does to shut them down. More the principle as it’s not even a lot of money!

I just opened the account and won £150 which gave me an instant withdrawal which came quickly, I then won £1500and £500 separately and withdrew but it's been in review and no channels of communication can explain why it's still in review I fear I won't be receiving my winnings. Stay away from. 247 bet

They’re crooks. They’ll take your money and will not pay you your winnings: avoid them at all costs.

Withdrawals pending for months and verification is ridiculous. I just don't see what the issue is, just verify accounts in a timely manner. Absolutely no communication on this matter from them, I have had to constantly chase it up all the time. Shame, the promotions and bonuses are good, but totally let down zero support, no real follow up.
