Hi there..so I started using 247Bet within the last month and they were good enough to take the £2800 I had bet in total over that period. I then won £8000 and tried to withdraw the money and they said they need documents and bank statements. I sent them every thing they asked for and then I got blocked off there site and they have now stopped replying to my emails. I now feel totally betrayed by 247 bet as they have technically stolen my money that I have deposited add stolen the money that I have won. I am now filled with anxiety and stress over this and had to go to the doctors to help calm my body down. I can’t believe the way that 247 bet has treated me it’s disgusting. I don’t know the next steps to take regarding this mater. I feel now I need to consult my lawyer over this disgusting act by 247Bet I would advise everyone to stay clear of 247Bet at all cost Thanks George greenwood

Worst customer service I've come across in 40 years , if you have to contact them over anything I wish all the best and allow a good hour to hopefully get sorted , not very clued up of rulings or there systems yet imo & the site will auto log you out all of a sudden and you after start the chat again , all will be fine if you doing your money in the casino -).

I about to post this on a significant football IG account which I run online and I will be posting to warn all football bettors to stay away from this company. After playing, I managed to win around £2860 and requested a withdrawal. However, instead of processing my withdrawal, my account was suddenly closed and my winnings were confiscated. Only my original deposit was returned. The reason given was “linked accounts” and “third-party funding.” However, I would like to clarify that I used my own bank account and card for the deposit. The transactions they referred to were personal transfers from family members and not direct deposits into the casino. What is most concerning is that the casino allowed me to deposit and play without any issue, but only raised these concerns after I requested a withdrawal. If there was a problem, it should have been identified earlier, not after a win. I escalated the matter to eCOGRA, but the decision was in favour of the operator. This experience feels unfair and inconsistent. Players should be aware that issues may only arise after winning.
