Interview is fairly structured
The experience was fairly straightforward but the part that is concerning is that, even after passing all the interviews one has to still keep applying manually to roles.

Thank you for sharing your experience. While candidates can apply directly, we also proactively match profiles with relevant roles, and all applications are reviewed to confirm eligibility.

Seamless, structured and truly supportive recruitment process.
What made my experience great was the exceptional professionalism and clear communication from the recruitment team, specifically Marica and Luisa. 20four7VA does an excellent job of making candidates feel like more than just a number; the feedback I received during the interview stages was both encouraging and constructive. One thing the company does well I must say is, the structured onboarding and assessment process. It ensures that both the VA and the client are a perfect match. While the process is thorough, keeping the turnaround time between final interview and next steps as tight as possible helps keep the momentum and excitement high for new VAs! It is a pleasure!

My interviewers were splendid
My interviewers were splendid! First, they were on time, friendly, and intuitive. All I did was to want to work for or with any of them. Schedules might be spaced far out of your most appropriately immediate dates but that's something I can work with.
Response from 20four7VAMay 13, 2026
Great to hear. Thank you! We’ll continue working to improve scheduling timelines as well.
