20four7VAReviews of 20four7va.com

We brought on a part time VA through 20four7VA for executive admin support, estimating support which is not an easy role to fill. Construction takeoff means reading structural drawing sets, screening bid packages, and knowing when to stop and ask instead of guessing. I did not expect to find someone who could pick that up quickly. Jose has been excellent. He is technical, he is careful, and he catches things. On a recent bid his screening work flagged an issue that ended up reshaping how we priced the entire job. That is not typical VA work and he handled it like it was. The matching process actually worked. We got someone suited to the role rather than someone filling a seat. Would recommend them without hesitation.

The entire onboarding process was fantastic. Clear communication about every step of the process, terms and expectations. Staff members are also polite, friendly and professional.

The recruiters were very well clear and concise

The screening process is quite tedious but it was good overall

I liked the follow up that was done from the beginning of each stage to the final process. It was also easy to reach out to the staff and get a response.

The recruitment team were very helpful and patient all throughout the application process. Updates are timely. Thank you.

I had a great experience with 20four7VA throughout the interview process. The entire process was smooth, well-organized, and professional. Their communication with VAs was clear and timely which made everything easy to understand. The interviewer was very friendly and made me feel comfortable from the beginning. They created a positive environment where I could confidently answer the questions without feeling nervous. Overall I appreciate the professionalism, transparency and supportive approach of the 20four7VA team. It was a positive experience and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for remote work opportunities.

Our VA, Waleed, has been fantastic and even better than we were hoping for! He is very polite and finishes all of his tasks in a timely manner. The staff at 24/7A has also been super supportive and does a great job checking in and always asking for feedback and what they can do to help.
