If you are on the fence about hiring remote workers, I highly suggest working with 20four7va. I started with one admin and have expanded to utilizing 3 VA's. The account managers and staff make vetting, hiring, training, and process management easy and streamlined. It's a long process to enter their talent pool but everything is very structured and clear so you're really aware about what to expect. The staff is super friendly, caring and approachable and their response time is usually very fast in comparison to other companies.

The interviewers were great and kind. I only had problems with the scheduled date and time of interview. When I choose my interview date, the time is in EST, but the confirmation emails says it's PST. And I only received the confirmation email few hours before the actual time of interview. But to sum it all, 20fourVA is good. I hope to have a client soon.
