I’ve been having trouble with an order and a prescription. I’ve called multiple times in the last week and a half later this late morning on my 4th call I was lucky enough for my call to go to Iris. She was absolutely wonderful!! She took down all my information gave me a sense that she was going to take care of my problem. You are very lucky to have someone as efficient and professional as Iris on your team.

Difficult, if not almost impossible to speak with a Human. They want you to speak to a AI computer. I want to speak with a Human. My Cat will not eat their Wet Food, with a product I bought from them. I need to Return the Product. Awaiting a Call Back now because I waited on hold for 20 minuites. I did get a call back and now waiting for my return label.

The Customer Team member was very kind and helpful. She expedited the order since I have no medication remaining. Last year with the renewal, I was the go-between to try to get the Rx filled. I think the pharmacy and provider should work it out between themselves, not the client caught in the middle. This year, so far, is working out.

The woman who took my call was cheerful, efficient, proficient with the ordering system, and made sure I understood all of my options before I made decisions with both of my product orders!! She was FANTASTIC!!! I told her I wish I could hug her!!
