Once you finally get someone it's great.
I forget her name but the rep who helped me did a great job. Right to the heart of the matter and provided a swift resolution. She was very nice, profesional and efficient. Thank You. Didn't give 5stars only because of the wait time, 45 mins on hold beforehand.

Exceptional Service
Marcy was exceptional, friendly, and patient with dealing with my request. Although I didn’t receive the full discount ( not a 1st time auto-ship order) Marcy worked it so I will receive an additional $5 off.
