The automated system was incredibly frustrating. When I finally reached a person, even though I needed a call back due to the volume of calls being answered, the agent was extremely efficient and helpful. The automated system needs some improvement.

The agent I spoke to (sorry I don't remember her name) was amazing. She explained there was an error with the system and she would be glad to help me reorder the items. She ensured all items were reordered and the auto ships were setup. She also tracked down a missing prescription I mailed in as only 1 of the script was received but I sent in 3, for my 3 dogs, in the same envelope. She was very polite and courteous. You should value such an amazing employee.

Oh gosh, please forgive me..I forgot the fellows name that assisted me today? He was awesome! Easy to understand, helped me with my order, added an extra coupon code for me and helped complete my transaction via the phone. So appreciative of his customer service especially so late in the day. I believe I spoke with your representative Susie (sp) and I have to tell you that she is beyond wonderful. She went way above and beyond to help me out through three tricky parts of my order. She even went as far as to call me back an hour or two later to personally tell me that my order was shipped and will be arriving before my medication runs out. I wasn't expecting it for a week and I have it in two days is insanity and couldn't be more appreciated. I truly have to say that if customer service was like this everywhere, this part of life would be infinitely more tolerable.
