The people at 1800 Pet Meds REALLY care about their customers and their pets. I have to call pretty frequently (because of the type of medication my pet needs) and I’m always met with the most helpful, courteous, and friendly representatives. I wish i could remember the name of the agent who helped me but she foresaw my needs before i even had a chance to say them! And in less than 10 minutes, my issue was resolved. She closed the conversation by saying how much she loves her job, and boy did it show. I’m SO grateful to her and the entire team at Pet Meds!
