My representative was AWESOME!!! The whole issue was 100% my error but she was so very kind and helpful!

I had an amazing experience being helped by the rep. She was awesome helpful and understanding willing to help me and not make me feel like I did something wrong or bothered by me calling in which a lot of companies do when I call in. I don’t remember the reps name but she is awesome and I’m not sure who reads this but her supervisor should be proud to have her on the team. I would love for her to be recognized as a strong worker that knows how to be helpful and still get things done.

I'd like to give a HUGE shout-out to 1800PetMeds for what they did for me! I had just refilled my dog's arthritis medicine for $115 when he passed away last weekend. I hadn't opened the bottle yet, so on a whim, I called 1800PetMeds to see if they would take it back. They said that they couldn't, since it was a prescription, but they'd still refund me the full price since my pet died! WHO DOES THAT??? What incredible customer service, and so greatly appreciated! A Class A company that genuinely cares about its clients.❤️

It takes about 10 minutes to connect, but once you do, you are greeted and helped with fantastic people..all the time!

Service rep was friendly and courteous. Addressed my concerns promptly and was able to quickly assist me.

I tried to chat and that didn't work so I called. My question was answered right away and it was very easy. I had to wait a while but it was worth it.

I spoke to a few less than helpful Customers service team members and had to call three different times before my order was ever sent to my vet to be approved. I have no idea what that was about because usually my experience with petmeds and all your representatives is fast and easy with helpful employees. So while overall I would rate this experience with two stars the only reason I am rating it as a 4 star experience is because of one individual employee named Summer in the pharmacy department. If I could rate her individually I would give her 5 stars. She was incredibly helpful and kind while helping me solve one of the few problems with my order. Even going out of her way to give me a call back to let me know my order would be approved and shipped. If you ask me she should get a raise.
