Capitol Lighting – 1800lighting.comReviews of 1800lighting.com

Capitol Lighting/1800Lighting.com has very competitive prices and a huge selection. Their filters work great to help me narrow down the results. I have used both chats and customer service to ask questions. Both were great. I always shop here first when looking for lighting.

My sales person was helpful and even called the Mfgr to get info for me re lead time and accessory info. Process was quick and painless like it should be. So customer service is still alive and well with this company.. .

Ray was very helpful with my purchase from Capital Lighting. Helped with adding the correct light bulbs in the correct warm light.

I needed help with my order so I used your online chat function. I was connected with Gladys N who is by far the best customer service that I've had recently! Many thanks to Gladys! I'm a super happy customer. Now I just have to install 3 ceiling fans when they arrive. 🫤 Steve E.

Ray Machado was very helpful in fulfilling my 1 800 Lighting Pro trade account order for my project. It is always nice to work with a fellow professional who understands the importance of customer service and follow-through!

From the ease of their website to the vast selection from which to make the best selections for my clients, I always go to Capitol Lighting first. And their customer service simply can't be beat! Grateful to have the dedicated assistance of Ray M, who makes the purchasing process absolutely seamless.

I was interested in buying Arroyo Craftsman Huntington Outdoor wall light for front porch. Had a hard time getting near by stores to order the light for me. I decided to buy from online retailer; after checking internet, Capitols Lighting popped up. When I went to their website, offering 20% off during Memorial week special. I wanted to verify light was LED bulb compatible; call customer service & spoke with associate Wendy Pelligrino. She confirmed the light was led bulb compatible, & that there was a 25% off special; placed order over the phone. Wendy confirmed lamp order color, glass & trim; ETA for delivery was 30 days (made or order) around 6/30/26. To my surprised, I received FedEx text message my lamp would be arrived on 6/8/26. Very pleased with whole purchase process; great price & faster than expected delivery. Big shout out to Capital Lighting & Wendy Pelligrino for great service; will definitely buy from Capital Lighting again.
