Kristi in Customer Service was courteous , friendly and helpful. Despite my call being on a Saturday. It took a while but she provided the information that I was looking for. Not to happy with the manufacturer. This order was place in May and promised to be delivered by the end of May. It was pushed back to July 1, 2025 and now to August 18th. Minka-Lavery should do better!

I received 4 pendant lights for my new home. When the electricians opened 1 of the boxes the globe was broken. Customer service was informed and they asked me to send pictures of the broken globe, I did on Friday but still have not responded back to me. I hope I get the globe replaced, I bought several lighting products and so far only 1 damage of glass, pretty remarkable since it all comes from China. Since I have not yet heard from them on a replacement I ordered another light so I have a spare globe if I break one in a few years from now cleaning it and its discontinued......i bought 4 of these pendants for $889 dollars....I dont want to have to replace 4 lights because I cant get one replacement globe. I am hoping I hear from Capitol lighting that a replacement globe for my Empire Chromian Pendant light is on the way soon.

Final touch to finished redecorating a bedroom, was to find the "perfect" lamp. Visited multiple stores, till finally went to Capitol L. store. Dennis was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. He understood what I was looking for and helped me to get it. The service over all was excellent. Quality of delivery (packaging) superb. Time of the delivery was too long and that is why Capital L did not get 5 stars.

To this point, I've only placed an order. As I've not received the product, I cannot assess the speed r quality of deliver, or the quality of the product. The website made searching for what I desired easy, though I found the prices of some items to be unbelievably high. I have the money, but $4K for a floor lamp? I'd suggest that this survey not be sent to purchasers until after the product has been received.

Ordered the fixture with "43 in stock, ready to ship". Expected to receive it in 7 days. Then received an email that the ship day had been adjusted to 7 weeks later! There were still 30+ showing in stock. In the end it showed up in 10 days, so not bad. Just confusing.
