Capitol Lighting – 1800lighting.comReviews of 1800lighting.com

I was having difficulty making a selection on my pier lights. I’d been looking for a month and could never actually talk to a real person until I found this company. Not only did they have the lights I wanted but after I ordered them I changed my mind. I spoke with Wendy and Ted on more than one occasion and they were patient with my questions, professional, informative and helpful. I ended up with the lights I wanted and I can’t wait to install them and see how they look! A great company with great customer service.

I have purchased from Capitol Lighting for many years for countless design jobs and my own properties. This company is the most reliable, professional lighting and design resource ever! The selection and pricing are wonderful. I trust them completely.

The Capitol Lighting representative who assisted us in placing our order was Pamela. She is quite professional and expeditious. We very much appreciated her friendliness and courtesy. Pamela is a credit to the Capitol Lighting firm.

I had the pleasure of working with Craig on the return of several purchases that required another configuration. He was professional, timely and responsive on providing the return labels and available if there was any issues with this return. I appreciate his help and support!

Great experience!

The sales rep Gladys Nunez made all the difference. Available on the weekend and again when I needed her during the week. Great customer service

Austin R. provided incredible customer service! He was responsive, patient, and so helpful as we worked through over 50+ lighting choices for a new build. He answered all my questions and made the process much easier. I really appreciate his help and would highly recommend working with him!

I am beyond impressed by your customer service and your products. I had a question and went to the website regarding measurements of a vanity I ordered, I received an immediate response from Pamela and she went above and beyond to offer me a discount, as well. Madison was just as responsive and her communication with me was spectacular. Prior to retiring I had an administrative position and would have loved having either or both Pamela and Madison on my team. I'm actually about to order 4 vanity light fixtures from Capitol Lighting instead of another company due to their diligence and professionalism.
