We purchased a new light at Capital- the salesperson Sarah Kimberline was extremely helpful, personable, patient and professional. She took her time to get to know our taste and find the perfect fixture. A very positive experience- always have an excellent experience at Capital. Dave and Diane Wilcomes

The quality and price of the lighting fixtures we purchased was unbeatable. The Sales Rep offered us a great deal for the quantity of light fixtures we purchased for our outdoor patio cover. One unit had a broken globe when it arrived so we reached out to request a replacement globe and Shavon jumped all over it (no questions asked) and has a replacement globe on the way - within 24 hours of our initial request. Great products and awesome customer service..! Thank you..! Lisa D.

Gladys was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and professional. She helped me process my order, find additional items I needed and was able to answer my questions.

Wonderful customer service. Patient, Knowledgable and explained everything! I had a lot of questions. Would definitely use Capitol Lighting again.

Excellent Customer Service, GREAT price compaired to other on line and retail stores. Went out of their way to help me choose the best ceiling fan for my room, needs and budget. I choose the Minka Air Deco and WOW it puts out the air. Just love it. They were very fast to ship and helped with the downrod size I needed

Excellent customer service!! Had an issue with one mini pendant as part of larger order and Customer Experience Rep (KOLLYN Y) was phenomenal. Very patient, knowledgeable, and efficient. Replacement on its way - thank you!

Since buying my home in 2022, I have purchased a combined total of 15 light fixtures, table lamps and ceiling fans. The prices and customer service are excellent.

My customer service rep Christi was fantastic! She was so helpful! She quickly took care of my issue, while being personable and cheerful.
