Company will only provide refund for return lenses to original payment source even if that source is closed. They have my identity, my new card, my home address, all the information they need, but somehow don’t trust me enough to state that the original payment source is no longer in existence. Long wait many minutes of my life, unreasonable and unnecessary, but no other policy available. Order from a company that makes sense.

I needed my contacts pretty quick and 1800contacts had them in stock and it was a good price. I tried another company cause they said they had a lower price, but I was going to have to print off a rebate and mail it in and they didnt have my contacts in stock and that would take an extra week.. So I will always use 1800 contacts.

First, The fun email updates was a nice lighthearted surprise. The order process online was very user friendly and easy! Just upload your prescription and they do the rest. Mailed promptly and arrived on time.
