It was so easy and fast! I ordered some contacts from my doctor a few days before. And I ordered the rest of my contacts from one 800 contacts because I saw the price. The one 800 contacts order came in first and was cheaper! I literally got it the very next day!

Nice associates but something seems to go wrong often with orders, products, and prices. The online prescriptions are a problem, from fees and price issues to access and vague expirations. The website shows you recommendations that are not consistent with your prescription/needs. To say, good associates, but bogged down by chats where people tell you they’re thrilled to help and how awesome everything but then can’t help with most problems. The lenses are also very expensive. How could I possibly have a good experience if the thing they sell is barely covered by insurance and not cheaper than competition. Same prices. It feels like they want you to spend a lot of money all year long. Shame. People don’t have money.

We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback and experience. We are genuinely concerned to hear about the recurring issues you've experienced. We understand your frustration with the cost of lenses and the challenges with insurance coverage. One of the things that sets us apart from other retailers, is our Best Price Guarantee. We strive to not only have competitive pricing and offer an unbeatable guarantee that goes along with it. We hope that we get the chance to make your next experience a great one!

I just spoke with Yevone in customer services and was so impressed with how helpful she was. Due to my own fault, my order got returned to sender. On the very first ring I was greeted by an actual person. Without even asking she reshipped the order with express shipping, despite their system still showing delivered. The whole thing took 3 minutes. Yevone was so nice and helpful. It was almost shocking after dealing with other mercents call systems. I'd give it 10 stars if I could.
