Contacts were shipped the same day they were ordered, arriving 5 days before the excepted date. Also, cost was what was advertised "no hidden cost at check out". I will be ordering from 1-800 Contacts again for sure.

I love how they answer the phone quickly. The delivery is important to me because sometimes I decide to order at the last minute and can have my contacts right away. However, the packaging seems a little off, I may only order one box [set of 3 pair) they always come in such a large box.

Paid extra 20 dollars for next day delivery but they were still late and did not arrive next day. Reached out about maybe getting a partial refund but never received an answer. Disappointed my experience was lacking when the reviews seem to be good.

Delivery service is usually 10-12 business days, and my packaged are always in top condition. I recommend this company to anyone who wears contact lenses.
