I purchased contracts and a pair of glasses (from their company The Framery). Ordering for bort online was easy and quick. Good follow up emails, and application of my vision insurance was painless. Glasses (with rush shipping, admittedly) were ordered on Tuesday and arrived on Friday. Other online glasses companies wanted two weeks. I'm now a loyal customer.
