There was a mistake with my order, and I needed to get it handled as quickly as possible because I was almost out of my previous prescription. First of all, I was able to chat with a real customer service person rather than a bot -- much less frustrating and much more helpful. They emailed me a return label for the contacts I was returning and mailed me the correct ones fast fast fast! Amazing customer service - thank. you!
