Never use this company. I never received my rebate for the lens I ordered. I thought if I ordered the lens I would get a good price. Trust me I would have received a better price at my eye Dr's office than the price I ended up paying without the $112 rebate. I coyld never get through to customer service through their email. Took me several calls before a rep told me I didn't submit a rebate form and the rebate expired. Buyer beware. Don't fall for any rebate they offer. I will not order from them again!

I made a mistake in ordering my contacts. I contacted the company and they sent the correct lens and a return label for free postage in returning the wrong lens. Super fast and easy. So happy with 1-800-Contacts!

It took only 10 minutes to place my order and the person was very nice on the phone. They were cheaper then every other place and I received them fast.

It came fast and I’m happy with the process. I will be coming back here from now on.
