Hi there, We are so sorry you felt there was a lack of transparency with your order. We do our absolute best to be as clear as possbile with our customers about our practices and the verification process. All of the orders we process must go through some form of verification which means we either have a valid prescription on file or we contacts your doctor's office to verify the order. With that in mind, your subscription order should have been cancelled once you stopped the auto reorder feature. We do guarantee next business day delivery with a verified prescription and without further context it's hard to say what could have caused the delays. Unfortuantely, our next business day shipping is not available over the weekend and therefore your order could only be fulfilled on Monday at the earliest. Since we are a HIPAA compliant company, every order of contacts we send out must be associated with a valid prescription. If we receive a prescription from a customer then we can use that to verify an order and ship it out. If we do not, then we must contact their eye doctor to verify the prescription. Typically this process takes 24 hours to complete. This is most likely where the confusion happened as it appears your prescription did not match the order we had and therefore we had to contact your eye doctor to verify if the brand you chose was approved for your prescription. With that in mind, we did not receive any futher information from you when we requested it and therefore we are not able to speak to the specific situation. Based on the description of your experience we expect that the prescription verification was the source of miscommunication.
