The order is concise and delivered in the timely fashion. The ordering process is fairly easy to navigate and that’s super important. And we’ve been getting our contacts from here for probably a decade.

The phone staff are always very courteous and knowledgeable. Prices are fair and they are always willing to match or exceed any legitimate competitor offer. I have always received my contacts as ordered with no issues. I will continue to use them for my contact and eyewear needs.

The return process was not a good one for me. I returned some contacts because my prescription changed. They were unable to refund the original form of payment. They said they mailed a check and it can take 2 to 4 weeks to receive it. Up to this point I had received excellent customer service. If the refund process was as fast as the process of receiving my contacts, I would order from them again. I was not made aware of the replacement option when I inquired about returning my contacts.

1-800-contacts makes it very easy to do business with. They carry all my family's contacts. They ship quickly. Best part is they take returns so that as prescriptions change no product is wasted. Bonus is that they have the greatest hold music ever.
