I am quite upset with this company they took my HSA money! I am told that it was sent back but my insurance told me they took it.

Customer service is wonderful and the contacts came really quick. It helps to upload your eye doctor prescription, makes it go much faster. I was very happy the contacts and would order from here again.

They have excellent customer service. My prescription changed, and the customer service agent quickly processed my change of prescription. My new contact lenses were quickly sent to me with easy instructions to send my old prescription contact lenses back to 1-800 Contacts free of charge.

They used to be ok. However, the past year ish their shipping takes much longer than promised as my last 3-4 orders have taken over a week to arrive. Every time they blame it on USPS, but according to USPS tracking they are waiting on 1800contacts. This time I ordered on 12/4 and I still haven’t received my order on 12/13.
