NOT RELIABLE. I’m extremely frustrated with this company’s service. I’ve been ordering my contacts from them for the past couple of years, and it keeps getting worse. While customer service is polite, that’s about the only positive. Do not expect to receive your contacts on time. I’ve had multiple instances where I placed recurring orders six months in advance, yet I still don’t receive them unless I call myself. There are no follow-up calls, no updates, and no accountability. I’ve been waiting day after day for my contacts and keep being told, “It’s been shipped,” with no real resolution. Planning ahead clearly makes no difference. Very disappointing and unreliable service.
