Two packs of my contacts had no solution in it, causing the contacts to completely dry out.

I, have been Ordering about 10+ years from 1-800 Contacts and they.. Consistently, Exceeds My Expectations, Thanks,

I've never had a bad experience with this company. Other companies should model this system.

The complete ease of ordering from start to finish and how incredibly quick my contacts were shipped !! I’m sold ! This is the only way I will buy new contacts in the future !

I've been a loyal customer for 15+ years. I went to order recently and was told my prescription expired - no problem, called my doctor and made an appointment for 3 days later. 1800 sent me 2 emails "reminding" me to get a new prescription and stating they could not refill without it. I had no problem with them not refilling as this has been their process for many years. Much to my surprise, I received a charge to my credit card stating they had shipped my order. I had not called them with the new prescription as it had changed and my doctor gave me a trial pair. I contacted 1800 and was told by a manager that the "new policy" was if the client or doctor's office had not called within a couple of days after my request they would auto fill and charge my card on file! My prescription changed I had to return the wrong contacts and wait for a reimbursement. Knowing this is their "new" policy, I will not longer be ordering through 1800.

Ive ordered from this company for years. I got a bad batch making my eyes blurry. I asked for a replacement. I normally order several boxes at a time. They would not replace the one box since I ordered it past the required 90 days. I'll order from a different company now.

Terrific customer service on the phone, lightning fast and free shipping. Great experience.
