So easy to order my contacts online. It is also much cheaper. Vision Works told me I had to buy 3 months worth at a time. I don't wear my contacts every day so I only wanted a 1 month supply. My insurance also covered that entire month!

Horrible customer service. I took a screenshot of a competitors discount from their direct site and they would not honor it. They stated it was for new costumers only. I sent them again screenshots with coupon details info stating it was not just for new costumers and they still denied it. Babies crying in the background of the call from whoever their customer service representative was, not sure what’s that’s about, maybe they are working from home??? After reading other horrible reviews about the company I took ones guy’s advice to just order off Costco website. I did not even have to worry about price matching bc it was the lowest price from the get go, no hidden scams, it was simple and easy. So check out Costco or Walgreens. I would not use 1800-CONTACTS in the future no matter what they offered!

1-800-Contacts goes far and beyond for their customer. I had one contact that had a nic on the outside. I contacted them via text and no questions or arguments they replaced it with two. Great company. I will continue to order from them.

They are so kind, actually a person returned my call!! That rarely happens these days. Also, ordered contacts with my eye Dr. Same exact time, received my contacts promptly as they told me, today is 3-16-26, still haven't gotten them from eye Dr. That puzzles me. Thank goodness for this company!!
