I ordered this same prescription in Jan, so I thought you would have it on file, but had to contact the optometrist. So the order took a lot longer. If I’d known that, I would have used another company to receive a “first order” discount.

I ordered a years supply of contacts several weeks ago. When I opened the box I discovered the prescription that was filled was from several years ago and of course wouldn’t work. I called them immediately and the person on the other end was very kind. He looked into it and discovered I had sent them the correct prescription but it was filled incorrectly. They took full responsibility in having the wrong box of contacts returned at no charge to me and I received my correct box of contacts within a week. I appreciated their service very much. Thankyou
