They always get my contacts shipped quickly, which I usually order when I'm about to run out. Although I dont recommend doing that, I always get the correct lense prescription that I ordered and have no complaints. They usually send a free contact case as well :) I interacted with the Customer Service directly through text one time to confirm my prescription and they quickly put in my order. They are really good about timeliness between ordering and shipment.

This company keeps track of your prescription and the expiration date for your prescription. I ordered from them over a year ago and when a new order was needed they reminded me. My order came promptly and a mail in refunded was included. Great customer service and response time!
