Overpriced Turkishgrate for charring vegetables. Cost over $30, it was cheap, no better, possible worse than charring over flame. What a rip off. And this is a PBS show? I think Milk Street is a shame, polluting my impression of public television. Will never donate to PBS again.

Ordered a knife on July 23 and, as of today (August 22), still don't have the product. Customer service has been abysmal - they didn't notify me of the delay in shipping and then, after I contacted them, claimed the order had shipped when it had not. Customer service can only be reached by email. Sometimes they respond but often emails just go unanswered. The most recent response I received just told me to "wait." This is a product that is ostensibly being shipped from the US. There's no product that would make dealing with this company worthwhile.

Ive been waiting over a month for my knife and still nothing....But they had no problem taking my money...How does a company such as this allowed to remain in business???? Ive written several letters and still nothing...These people are a ripoff....DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Website won't let you log in. I tried multiple times then gave up. It took me most of the day to get my subscription canceled. It's a shame. The recipes look good but they need tech help. Their reps did email me back so that part was ok though it was frustrating.

Ordered two knives a Santoku and a Nakiri. Really wanted the NAKIRI but that one did not arrive. Have tried repeatedly to contact them the only way possible via email with no response. Horrible customer service. Milk Street is a rip off! Save your money and go elsewhere and before you order anything online make sure the company has a reputable customer service that you can actually reach!

I ordered an item in March. Never received it. Just says it's unfulfilled. There is no way to contact them other than an email, but I get no response. I will have to dispute the charge on my credit card. There is absolutely NO customer service.

Horrible customer service and shipping, they don’t support their products, they don’t care. Wish I would have seen this site first. Buyer beware!
