The ordering went smoothly, the knife arrived in a timely manner. So far so good, but when I used the knife it didn’t cut through the vegetables! I know I like a shape knife and most American homes use terrible knives, but i thought I was buying a quality knife and for it to arrive dull..I was VERY disappointed.

Package never received. Customer service can only be reached through email. I emailed several times and received a generic reply each time saying "we do not have control over delivery delays or shipping timelines...thank you for your patience". They have already charged my credit card while I am waiting for their knife to appear.
