Top quality merchandise and even better customer service!

I ordered the 7.5 everyday pan. I loved the concept because pans are often either too large or too small. In this case, this is too small and not deep enough to be of practical use. The problem is making a return. They do not supply a shipping label so you pay full retail shipping rates. It will cost half of the purchase price to return. I feel extremely gouged! Guess I’ll hang on to it and consider it a lesson not to order this type of merchandise. Having read the review below, I feel even more disappointed.

Don’t get me wrong… I LOVE their cookbooks, I have several. So, knowing how much I love the cookbooks, I bought the everyday cast iron with the magnetic trivet. It’s nice enough, but I’ve noticed my food has an odd grayish color to it that I feel is leeching from the pan itself. I’m not a stranger to cast iron maintenance and care, and doing nothing different that how I care for my Lodge, Staubb and Emile Henry.

Nakuru Knife- I purchased this knife to keep at a friends house so I didn’t have to keep my Wüsthof knife there. The knife was “satisfactory” until the handle broke. I suppose I shouldn’t be too surprised since the handle appears to be made of plastic. Nevertheless it is disappointing. I asked if this is typical of this product and received the following response “ Thanks for reaching out! Due to the length of time since your purchase 7/14/2023, we are unable to offer a refund or replacement for your knife.” What is confusing to me is that i did not asked for a refund or replacement. I simply expressed my disappointment in the durability of the product and asked if cracks or breaks in the handle was typical.
