For being so understanding of my problems. I am disappointed that I had a problem because I needed a fry pan that wasn’t heavy. Getting older my Le Creuset pans had to go they were too heavy. Thanks

I loved the look, size, and planned use of this pan. I purchased three for myself and family members. I first made scrambled eggs in it and they stuck badly. It needed to be seasoned or treated prior to first use and I was under the impression that it was ready to go.

Great selection of products. Milk Street offers the highest quality products which are not always easy to find. Their new cast iron pans are amazing. I've purchased all 3 sizes and love everything about them.

Well, after making me jump through hoops to add responses to reviews, I became frustrated and decided that any company that makes it this difficult to respond, I'm not interested in purchasing a membership! Additionally, I have been burned TWICE by companies with crappy customer service/or no service AT ALL and even though you had many positive reviews, there were too many reviews that sounded like my previous situations and "BUYER BEWARE". Burned once - shame on you - burned twice shame on me!!!!!! Until your Customer Service and return policy grows with your products, I will be too cautious to purchase from you. Hope you print my review - I'll be LOOKING!!!!!!!!

The coffee sugars I ordered were taped over the top for shipping and caused damage to the packaging on removal. It still spilled. Also, there was a ‘sealed for your protection’ on its side inside one package while the other never showed any sign of being sealed. Super sketchy, and I’m not risking my life for overpriced sugar.
