I signed up for a cake decorating class and the base cake recipe with semolina flour was a poor choice for the class. The cake tasted very rustic, with the “crunchy” mouthfeel of the fine semolina. It is not the type of cake you would want to frost and take the time to decorate for a celebration. The class should have offered a finer crumbed, more refined cake as a base.

The Milk Street Kiji knife is lightweight and easy to use. My only complaint is the sharp edge on the handle which cuts into my palm.

From the time I ordered your product to the time it arrived, I received 17 emails offering more products. It turned me off to the products.

Blocked from accessing my subscription! I paid the $25 yearly access/discount and they have changed my PW (I had it saved and it no longer works just a month later) and the reset link NEVER sends me the link. I have emailed their customer service several times over several days and I have not heard a thing. They do not have a phone number. This is FRAUD and they have stolen my membership fee. Their prices are way too high to purchase without it. DO NOT get a subscription from them; STAY AWAY FROM THESE CHEATING PEOPLE. Also, in you deal with them at all, be prepared for multiple solicitation emails DAILY. SO MANY emails!!

I find Chris Kimball's attitude on the show to be rather pretentious and overbearing. He's not the greatest chef on TV, but thinks he is.

I love the Milkstreet pan. I recently bought the 7.5 inch pan. It's so versatile, from the stove top to the table.
