It took 8 days via Amazon, which I never support, to reach Alameda, CA. The Post Office would have been 3 days. I will think twice about ordering from Milk Street again.

Not get recipes. Wish I hadn’t purchased

Excellent quality in products. Arrive on time in reasonable packaging.

All of the products I have purchased have made my kitchen work easier or more efficient and, often more importantly, more ergonomic -something that is becoming more and more important as I age. Also, the recipes and cooking information is often either an improvement of dishes I already make or offers great insight into making them different or more interesting.

It is a gift for my daughter-in-law who loves Cats. How could I NOT buy these cute little bowls.

While the products I ordered are fine, the packing is awful. One of the Raman’s bowls arrived shattered and the other in larger pieces. The small sauce bowls were well packed in the factory and arrived safely. This is the third order from milk street that has arrived all or partly damaged. I think you need to step up your fulfillment team’s training on how to pack breakables! It makes me hesitant to buy anything that’s breakable from you!

I have purchased quite a few things from Mr Kimball and Milk Street. Everything has been excellent

The knife is great. It has a streamlined shape and when holding it, I feel like I’ve used it forever, even though I received it a week ago. It cuts sharply and cleanly: meal prep is now so much fun!
