Members are continually bombarded with sales offers, most of them overpriced and poor value for money. Many of the recipes are not well-received and appear to have been poorly researched. They also renewed a subscription without warning and made only a partial refund one day after taking the money. Their customer service does not reply to queries.

This store will not take back returns or offer a refund. Every store and online company I have dealt with has a return policy in place. The customer is always right? Not at this company! Steer clear. You can get supplies from other vendors.

there is no way to contact the milk street store other than their online form. After 4 tries, they still do not respond. My order has been in there since May 12th and still nothing. This should be an FCC violation.

I Accepted an emailed subscription offer. After payment I received a promotional download item by email but NO email activating my account. You guessed it, they've got my money and I'm shown as ACCOUNT 8873333, but after emailing them for days now my account is STILL NOT ACTIVATED. BUYER BEWARE OF THESE SCAM ARTISTS!

Terrible!!! Placed an order a month ago and I’ve heard nothing since! It has not shipped and they will not respond to any of my messages requesting a status update or asking for my order to be canceled. They had no problem taking my money though! Absolute worst. I will never buy from them again and I will tell everyone I know.

Worst customer service ever. When you write to them about a problem, which in my case was placing an order, you get a canned response that someone will get back to you in 1-2 days. They never do and you're left in limbo. So, instead of my ordering nearly $100 worth of stuff, and possibly becoming a repeat customer, they have lost my business.

I love the recipes...they are far more interesting than ATK. However the Milkstreet website has the same poor user experience feel that the ATK did. It is not set up for user use. When you search for a recipe, you cannot go back to your search results. One has to redo the whole search.....anyway poor design. For this reason I don’t find being on the website very useful.
