Hi, This is a terrible company that I had the misfortune to deal with. Had I read the reviews I would definitely have not bought anything from them. They waited for the last day to ship the ink (because I opted for Free delivery). Thus when after 14 days it was still not shipped I had no choice but to order ink elsewhere (that was delivered within two days - free shipping too). Now I am returning the ink even though I will incur a loss - $17.50 + restocking fees. Just want to make them understand that their business approach and service is one of the worst and I do not mind losing a chunk on an $89.00 order. Keeping the ink would be condoning their attitude and business practice. I have now read that customers are also dissatisfied with the quality of their cartridges. So what is the solution? Just order through Amazon or ebay where you have such easy and free return policies. You can return anything and no questions asked. Again, do not order anything from 123refills. You will be screwed twice should you decide to return - return postage + restocking fee.

All of there customer service is outsourced in India. They won't let you cancel an order hours after you made it online. And then they make you pay for return shipping plus a restocking fee when you should just be able to cancel the order. You can get toner much cheaper on ebay, I would definitely not recommend this site.

What a HORRIBLE experience!!!! I ordered TWO Lexmark E232 refill kits (toner & chips) The chips DID NOT WORK! Three emails and three phone calls to the company and all I got in return was "We'll get back to you" - I did finally receive one email asking for a picture of the chip! I sent it and NEVER HEARD FROM THEM AGAIN!!!! This has been MONTHS trying to get this corrected! ALL MY REFILLS AND CHIPS WILL NOW COME FROM eBay!! AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE! Do NOT believe that they will ever get back to you! Now watch if they reply. It will be like every other reply - "Oh we'll reach out to you and fix this!" THEY WILL NOT!!!!

I do not often feel compelled to write reviews for companies and products that I deal with butI really wanted everyone to know about the fantastic customer service I was given when dealing with 123refills.ca About a month ago I ordered and received a continuous ink system for my EPSON Workforce 4540 printer. When I received the package 3 of the 4 cartridges were in perfect condition; however, the yellow cartridge was leaking and I could not find the source. I sent an email to the support department and within a day or 2 a representative of the company gave me a call (I live in Canada) to let me know that they received my inquiry and were going to send out a new ink cartridge that week, once more yellow ink came in. As promised, the cartridge shipped and got to me quickly and I did not even have to go through any hassle of shipping the leaking cartridge back. Today I needed to replace the original cartridges in my printer and I am happy to report that they were accepted seamlessly and the colour is as good if not better than the original ink that was in my machine. Very impressed and will definitely be returning in the future. Thanks again!!

Ordering items and I've compared with the other ink suppliers, this offer lowest price with free shipping at any price, not necessary to meet a higher price to get free shipping. Definitely will come back to order other items soon. The website offers all what you may need.

For about $20 the amount of toner sent in the bottle only filled the cartridge about half full. Also the tamper proof seal on the bottle was completely detached when I opened the bottle. For this kind on money I would expect a full bottle of that black powder to be sent. How much can that black toner cost to manufacture? What is it's composition? Can't be very expensive material. Not very happy getting a bottle with the seal broken and seemingly missing half of the product.

I appreciate the quick service on filling my order. These refills work well on my HP printer, which can be finicky. It identifies the cartridges as used and does not give an accurate reading on fill level. It does print well with them, and gives good results.

The best service, best prices and fastest delivery, ever. I kidded with my Mom one afternoon, right after ordering from 123 Refills, and told her my order would probably be there, later that day. I have never had to wait more than two days for delivery, never, and that is regular mail, I did not pay for faster delivery. Their customer service is wonderful, I have written to tell them how pleased I was and they have always replied very nicely. They are very appreciative of my business, and I appreciate that attitude. More often I find businesses that act as though they are doing me a favor by taking my money, but 123 Refill is never that way. I know I sound like I must be kin to someone there, but I promise, they are this good and their products are so affordable. I will never buy anywhere else.
