I am very happy to have found out about this web site. The ink I receive from 123 refill for my brother pro series is a very good quality. The colors are sharp and vivid and last a very long time. The prices of the remanufactured ink is the best I 've seen anywhere and my printer recognizes the cartridges as being new and shows the volume of ink from full to empty. I have told many people about 123 refill and they are also now purchasing from this company.

I ordered my product on or about December 1, 2014. I HAVE YET TO RECEIVE IT!! This is a law firm and we have 20 of such printers. We were trying this company and it is shameful of the service. Office Depo do not carry these cartridges, but Amazon does. We will use them next time and we still have had not satisfaction!!n Shameful!\ PAULA S. ROBNETT ROBNETT THEODORIO LAW GROUP

Easy to navigate website to order printer supplies.

everything was delivered as scheduled. Not sure a airbubble bage was the right packaging for print cartridges. Found leakage in 2 of the individual bags. would not open without gloves/ Won't be doing business again.

they made sure my account was credited with a coupon when I forgot to enter in on the order. Refunded my overpayment overnight. Product are satisfactory, like all companies, but the difference is customer service and better prices than most.

I followed the included instructions to refill my HP LaserJet 6L's C3906A toner cartridge. I used the "hot iron" tool to make the hole exactly where shown. It only took a few seconds to make the hole. I was surprised to find a metal bar just inside blocking where I made the hole. Getting the new toner powder past the plate into the toner chamber took a lot of finesse since there was only a small gap at the top of the hole where the toner could pass. I wish the diagram had shown me to make the hole a bit higher or lower to make a more clear opening away from the metal bar if that is possible. Otherwise, I'm happy that my cartridge works again with what little toner I was able to get into it.
