I ordered sublimation ink and paid for an urgent shipment that was supposed to be at my shop in 8 days. I called, and after 8 days, they lied that they shipped, but the track # showed that they didn't do anything. I asked them to cancel it, but they told me they had already shipped, which wasn't true.

Excellent help and service. I have ordered ink here several times and its good ink, and good costumer service.

Patrick handled the correction of my order like a true sales professional. We communicated first by chat and then we spoke to each other. He is very polite and speaks very clearly and slowly which would be beneficial to older customers that may have hearing difficulty. He confirmed everything we discussed and the changes requested by follow-up emails. He also directed me to the Accounting dept to complete the new order details and the refund on the order I had made a mistake on. 123Refills should be very proud to have such good support staff.

Received wrong item. After talking with Steve the issue was solved and I got a right items in two days.

Steve gives me great assistance. He answers my questions quickly and fills my orders with accuracy. He also gives me useful information on how to follow deliveries.

Patrick was helpful in verifying the defective cartridge. I took 1 star off because he didn’t call me back as promised. That’s my only complaint.

I've never had ink recognition problems from my Epson using refills, but 2 of the cartridges sent by 123refills failed despite every effort to resolve. I went on Chat, and Steve was outstanding. He upped the issue to the support team, and they will resolve my problem with new cartridges. Thanks 123!
