got the ink I needed at. A OK price and fast shipping

The service was great, but the product not so great.

123Inkjets promised top quality ink. It was all a pink hue. Customer Service did not care. I looked at them closely and some were only half full. Not full was maybe why not a good colour. Insisted full refund, but was not issued. My full order needs to be refunded. A few even leaked in the box too, so I had to toss them into the garbage. Please refund now.

Same as everyone else...ordered supplies and nothing delivered and then they said 5-9 business days for a refund...THEY ARE CROOKS

Not happy not happy not happy!! So I called one two three ain't just on their 888 number and the customer service rep told me that for my type of printer the cartridge of ink I was about to purchase would definitely work with my printer.... So I made the purchase! Only to receive an email from them hours later stating that what I purchased would not work with my printer and that I would need to make a new purchase!! Causing me to take time out of my hectic day to contact my credit card company to stop payment and then I had to go back and do a reorder taking more time out of my hectic day I had to do everything double the work and I don't even know if it was worth it I haven't received my product yet I just hope it was worth it they did have a 20% coupon code that I used but I'm not happy with their customer service because it was not very knowledgeable it gave me inaccurate advice which I followed. But this is my first interaction with them I will try to use them one more time just to see if it's different but I'm just letting y'all know just know what you need before you ask their customer service team!!!!!!

I ordered items two months ago that I didn't receive. I have asked for a refund and have not received that either. All I get are emails with many different dates that the refund will be made asking me to be patient

Ordered an ink cartridge on 7/28/2024 - they made sure & debited my cc right away yet as of today Aug 22, 2024 I have not received it or been issued a refund. We have emailed back & forth several times & each time I am told they are waiting to hear back from their warehouse - DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY
