It is easy to order ink cartridges on line. However, when the cartridges are defective, one has to deal with customer service which does not exist. Almost four (4) hours after I placed a call I received a call back. I advised the agent that the cartridges are incompatible with my HP printer as HP added some new code to prevent after market cartridges. The agent was well aware of the issue, apologized that incompatible cartridges were sent and ordered replacement ones. This was 21 days ago and I am still waiting. Terrible unreliable service. Will never order again.

If there were a minus score, they would deserve that. I ordered the combo cartridge package for my Canon printer. The total cost was $41.86 plus tax and shipping. Products did not print copies, they only printed smudged lines. Several emails were sent, but their customer (DIS)service never responded. I filed a complaint with the BBB, but they were unable to help. PayPal was no help; they sided with their unscrupulous seller. BUYER BEWARE. Stay far away from this company! Don't say you weren't warned! Tip for consumers: Pay attention to the negative reviews; they may keep you from making a bad buying decision.

been buying from them for yrs.... lately I have been getting bad drums from them for my dell printers...they don't answer there phones, and they just ignore my emails and will not replace my faulty drums... also it has taking weeks and still not getting my orders.

I did not like that it said if you added $25 to the order that the shipping would be free. Even though I ordered two sets of cartridges for way over the $55 limit still couldn't get the 5.99 for shipping to go away! So I ordered only one.

The worst customer service. I purchased a cartridge and it was damaged and did not work. It took more than six weeks to get my refund and they had the nerve to charge me for the shipping, even though what I received did not work. I would never buy from them again!

Horrible company. As of today I have waited 43 days For my refund and this company claims to have not found it. Never ordering from this irresponsible company again or any of their subsidiaries.

Ordered 4 cartridges. After 3 weeks, 1 arrived. Called and asked. "We'll look into it and call you back." Another week later, same story. Initiated a charge back on the cartridges I didn't receive. Shady business practices.
