Receiving reminders via text and phone call has been great in keeping me on task with my supplementation. The rep I have is extremely helpful and patient with me at every turn.

UPS DID NOT DELIVER THE PACKAGE BUT…
UPS DID NOT DELIVER THE PACKAGE BUT INSTEAD DECIDED TO SEND IT BACK to 10X. The best news is that Andrew with 10X Support saw my complaint and reached out to remedy the situation. He verified the shipping address and reshipped my order. I am impressed with the customer service of 10X. I also recommend their products to everyone I get a chance to tell. Thank you Andrew!!

My previous review had to do more with the carrier than with the physical product. The actual product is great and would definitely recommend!

Great Customer Service…
I have used other services that were good, but there was no human touch. Just reports and AI questions. When I had my first test I got a call from Hamilton. I thought it was a sales call, but to my surprise he was just helping me. He discussed reports and we discussed future testing. But no pressure. My wife is now being tested and we are doing the bloodwork. We are very happy with the support.

I appreciate the subscription…
I appreciate the subscription discounts. However there isn't any flexibility to change delivery timing and resetting the cadence. It should be an easy option and not having it is frustrating.
