Mo kept at it and came through
Mo and I played phone tag for a bit, but he kept at it and took great care of me. Shoutout to Mo for a customer experience that left a great impression.

Confusing results
Confusing results. The first doctor missed the appointment. The second one was okay, but should allow for more time with the doctor. Never received my book with results. Very hard to search through the results.

Delivery issues
I had issue with the delivery of my order from the carrier 10X contracts with and when I notified 10X they quickly took care of it. I appreciate their quick response as I do enjoy the product.

Receptionist
I wrote a review and the receptionist contacted me right away. Thank you 10Rx I was very concerned about my meds and what pharmacy they would come from.

Bad customer service
I like what services they provide but their customer service has always been bad. No timely response to inquiries, generic response or doesn’t respond. These have been the same issues for years.
