We started with 10-X when our Son sent us an episode of Joe Rogan's podcast with Gary Brecka who worked in the life insurance industry. Gary pointed out that insurers can predict how long you will live based on you current health. We did the genetic test and started on a regime. We also see a doctor who does extensive blood work and dials your numbers to the acceptable range with supplements, injectibles, better eating habits and exercise. I am 68, my wife 64 and we never felt better. How much is directly related to 10-X is hard to say. However I do feel it is one of the main reasons.

The OPTIMIZE multivitamin is great! It contains the ingredients my body needs and more. I’ve taken other multivitamins before and this one is much more complete in comparison. I’m very happy with this product. And it was delivered on time.

Great product at a reasonable price.

Was messaged repeatedly when they were trying to coerce me to buy a then once I submit a 3k order, I can’t get a response earlier than 4-5 days. Maybe 3 if I’m lucky. Then all of a sudden your systems are changing so what I’m expecting is no longer the process. When I booked the appt with the provider it wasn verbalized at that time it was EST so I was under the impression it was CST not paying attention to that little bit of inf on all the reminders etc. then appt comes and I’m not ready bc I’m planning on 6 cst and it’s actually 5 so I’m driving and then felt rushed and got mixed info. Then to top of off I pay over 100$ in shipping fees for RX that were filled at the pharmacy I JUsT got a RX from in town so I could have driven there in 10 minutes but waited over a week an shipping costs instead. Lack of communication there! Then just when I think things are great I realize one medication isn’t even close to being what I had before and had success with. And another is god awful but no heads up on that so here I have 3 months of a sublingual that tastes like rotten eggs. Too expensive to throw away. I feel like it’s just trying to sell you stuff. And my husband talked it up that when I got my scripts we’d go over it and all the things yet I haven’t heard anything from anyone. No follow up hey have any questions? Did you get everything? Are you good with when and how to take it as they talked that up as well. Good thing I already know how to take shots and can follow directions.

The entire team were kind, friendly, very accommodating and very professional! Amazing service! Would definately recommend

Products are high quality.

I wrote a previous post where I gave 10x Health a one star. I am writing again to take it back since it was out of anger and not really fair. It was an issue but as soon as I told Brooks, she quickly got the issues resolved. Even before all this she was considerate and fair and responsive. Also, I was impressed with Andrew who reached out to make sure all is well. This shows me 10xhealth cares for their customers. For these reasons I send this new review since I could not edit the one. If I have any improvement comments, it is that I wish we had more direct contact with the provider to follow up on say the medication list or other questions. Once we have the review with the provider on the blood test, we can't get hold of the Dr. anymore. Maybe you can include a follow up call. Also, if you can look at being competitive and make sure all items you sell are priced well. and all products are third party tested. Maybe also align with an existing app to track progress and even has supplement rating feature and recommends good ones. Finally, I only got into all this because of Geary B, and I know there was some rift with the owners he sold it to. I hope you will have him back on the team and be more. The product works as it should. Been using the product for 6 months. No complaints.
