I've spent a lot of money and I have…
I've spent a lot of money and I have not.Receive any benefits. I have a lot of data without clear instructions. I've got over two thousand dollars in.Testing completed. I was fine with spending money on vitamins in the two hundred dollar a month range. The only option I was given, we're spending thousands on a supplement plan that would be 10 to 12000 A year to implement.

You keep sending me a 4 month supply
You keep sending me a 4 month supply, but run my order every 2month. You also process my order without giving me notice to change amend or pause. While the product is great - your service is trash.

Highly impersonal for something advertised as personalized
For 600$ I guess I expected at least a personalized explanation of what was found during the test. For me everything was normal (I hope I understood it correctly) and really only got more sales pitches to buy more products, which I did hoping for something to better my health. I will likely cancel subscription unless I get some results.

Was excited about the test
Was excited about the test, disappointing that the full detailed results and plan require additional cost and steps. When following the prompts to order the supplements, disappointed to be auto-assigned for subscription before knowing how the supplements will react in my body. Going through the normal website allowed the option for one-time purchase. Truly- although it’s nice to know about the genes, feels like it just boils down to diet and exercise and Whole Foods…. Same as every other program.

Excellent Supplements
