It made a difference overall
I was a skeptic. I really didn't notice how much of a difference it made until I ran out. Looking back, I have to say, I was a lot more alert and awake and, my overall health was much better. I just ordered another bottle for myself and my husband. He notices a difference in me as well. He is excited try it.
