Got told to take a multivitamin and paid 600 dollars for that. Not good

Product ordering simplicity
Ordering process was simple and straightforward. I received my product on time without any issues. Love your product. Online ordering can be difficult at times but you guys do a great job and you have great products.

Adjust your expectations
Maybe my expectations for this test was too high, but for how much it cost and how long it took, I expected a more in depth protocol than “take a multivitamin”

In the UK you can't access the portal so can't access results!
I ordered what i consider a relatively expensive test, @ roughly £500 it's at the upper end of what I'd consider for a test. But given its price tag I'd expect the service to match. So far it's pretty terrible, firstly, it's slow, mine took the best part of 3 weeks after I'd sent the sample back in, somewhere during that time 10X changed their patient portal, I tried to log in to check on the progress but I was unable to access the portal, after a week of back and forth with their support team where they assured me they couldn't find my order and I wasn't on the system, it transpires that they use a 3rd party in the UK and therefore I would not appear on their portal. Then today (nearly 3 weeks later), I received an email telling me my results had been uploaded to the portal..... the same portal I dont have access too!! And still do not! So now I'm £500 and 3 weeks down with no ability to access my results and a support team that isn't responding...

Not impressed at all
I accidentally shipped to my in-laws house. I let you know as soon as I did it and asked how to get it changed. All you told me was you couldn’t help me and for me to read your policy so I could understand better. Poor customer service.

A manager has already reached out to help correct this for you, but I also wanted to provide some clarity. Once an order is placed, a shipping label is generated almost immediately. At that point, we are unable to make any edits to the address per our consumer goods policy.
