Consultation is not included
Test results are very informative and precise, paying extra to speak to a knowledgeable consultant is insulting.

Quality products, great tech support
The products from this company are high quality! You won’t be wasting money on cheap versions. I have had some trouble logging in but each time the support has been swift, helpful and courteous.

Mostly Happy
Due to the cost of the products and services, I had to make a choice on which protocol I wanted to tackle first. Upon making a decision, ordering, and paying for the supplements/medications, I was informed that they could not deliver the items to my state. 10X quickly remedied the problem by getting my next protocol started (which cost a little more). As an organization that delivers all over the country, 10X should have an understanding of where they can and can’t deliver so that customers can be informed.

The multivitamins are great
The multivitamins are great! I’ve taken them for 6 months now and can tell these are the best multivitamins I’ve ever tried, and I’ve tried a lot. Fast shipping as well. Thank you!

The whole process appears to be a money…
The whole process appears to be a money scam...the information received was poorly presented with NO personalized plan. Exactly what I was concerned about, very disappointed with the celebrity endorsements.

Great product... Customer service and faster shipping could 6 better
I have been using the supplements for the past year and there is definitely without question a major difference in the way I feel. I haven't counted customer service for only one item which were shipping could nothing to do with the actual product itself and it was a very poor experience. Each and every time I place an order which is usually four times or five times a year it takes an abnormally long time for the product actually reach the shipping department. Most companies I have ordered supplements from literally ship the next day and I have them in hand within 3 days, various parts of the country. I can say those are the only items that I have encountered, but once again, the product itself has been spectacular.
