You charged me $1,200 for NAD…
You charged me $1,200 for NAD injections which I never received. Interesting, you’re very good at sending me emails re what supplements I’m supposed to buy for my “protocol” but I never get a response to my emails re questions I have about orders I’ve already placed.

Promise so many things before ordering the DNA test and no one even called to review the results. It was west of my money.

The kids love the vitamins so far, I know they are gummies but they are just all stuck together I received them that way.

The testing process was great, BUT
The testing process was great and very straightforward, and the consultation itself was excellent. However, I received my summary results from the wellness advisor three days later than expected, and only after I called the call center. Prior to that, I had left two voicemails for my wellness advisor, who responded via text rather than returning my calls. I also learned that the follow-up call I had scheduled for Friday afternoon was mistakenly set for Saturday afternoon, which I was unable to accommodate. At this point, I am still waiting to have the appointment properly rescheduled so that I can move forward.
